At BCIS, we're on a mission to drive cost and carbon certainty for the built environment - putting data at the heart of construction. Our cost and benchmarking tools give the industry the insight it needs to plan smarter, build more sustainably and deliver with confidence.

BCIS became an independent brand in 2022 and has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past three years. With significant investment, we have modernised our systems, supported and expanded our team, and evolved into a leading tech- and data-driven brand. This momentum continues today, building on 65 years of trusted heritage serving the built environment.

What we do

At the core of that mission is our people.

We’re growing a diverse team of analysts, economists and specialists - and the econometric models and data products powered by them - across project, supply chain and rebuild data disciplines. Together, we’re united by the unique opportunity to develop underlying benchmarks for an entire industry.
