BCIS became an independent brand in 2022 and has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past three years. Flexibility is part of how we work. Many roles are remote-first, supported by cloud-based systems and digital collaboration tools. For those who prefer shared space, our Coventry and Harrogate offices are open hubs. Twice a year, the whole team comes together in person to share ideas, celebrate progress and look to the future.
